Peer Syed Mudassir Nazar Shah with Dr. Shelley
Elkayam on “Tarika Ibrahimiyyah” Dr. Shelley Elkayam gained her doctoral degree in Ethics and Philosophy at Bar Ilan University. She coordinated the international study of Computer Science in Religious Studies within the German Israeli Foundation research project and is a researcher at the Shlomo Moussaieff Center for Kabbalah Studies at Bar Ilan University, where she studies Sufism, and at the Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she studied Inter-religious Movements within the research group: Religious Actors in Conflict Areas. Dr. Elkayam’s interests are Love, Hebrew, Intercultural Theology, Religions, and Sufi life. She is an active member at the Israel Sufi Way Tarika Ibrahimiyyah. She is a co-partner and lecturer at the Intercultural Theology Programm at the George Augustus Goettingen University. She chairs the Israel Society for Group Psychoanalysis. Dr. Elkayam has published articles on Peace Education, Educational Counseling, Theology, and religious movements. She authored six acclaimed books of poetry.
